WINES OF THE WEEK FONDUE FEBRUARY! Ercole Monferrato Bianco 2018Grapes: 80% Cortese, 15% Chardonnay & 5% Sauvignon BlancAt their best, wines made from the native grape variety, Cortese boast a serious yet pleasing weight, pronounced minerality, and beautiful acidity. In fact, the Cortese-based wines of nearby Gavi are among the most treasured whites of Northern Italy. We have discovered that adding a touch of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc further sharpens and thereby elevates this wine.$13.99Tenuta La Pergola Monferrato Rosso 2017It's been a long day, and you want nothing more than a glass or two of tasty red to wash...

Orealios Gaea “R”   2018Grape: RobolaLight color wine, with almost white shade. The nose is really cool and refreshing, with rejuvenating scents of white flowers, citrus notes, lime zest, tea leaves, and tarragon. Medium volume mouthfeel, with impressive acidity and long, highly classy aftertaste.$11.99Château Clément Saint-Jean   2015With its classic blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has both generous blackberry fruits and a core of firm tannins. WINES OF THE WEEK WINE FOR THE FEAST! Teutonic Wine Co. Rauchwein 2017 This fruit for this Riesling came from Pear Blossom Vineyard in the Columbia Gorge (WA). It was slightly exposed to some summer fires and picked up some of those features. We felt this was an attribute and embraced the cigar box aromas and called it "Rauchwein" which means "Smoke Wine." You can pick it up faintly in the finish, like a touch of Mezcal. It's off-dry in style.$14.99King Estate Inscription Pinot Noir 2018This wine delivers with fresh red fruit flavors, like raspberry and ripe strawberry. There are definitive...
