An unoaked, showy, aromatic, herbal Cabernet Sauvignon from Cachapoal from grapes grown on limestone-rich, gravel soils. The nose has a touch of spices, cracked black peppercorns and a core of blackberries. The palate is soft yet refined with the typicity of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, showing the mineral side of the chalky gravels. It comes through as a juicy, mineral Cabernet.
