Made with 100% Chenin Blanc with a powerful nose and semi-dry palate. Aromas of ripe peach, pear, acacia blossom, and subtle toast. The palate has a lovely balance and smooth with a fresh and lively finish.
A Fleurie Gamay is more elegant and floral compared to Moulin-a-Vent, considered to be the king of Beaujolais. If Moulin-a-Vent is the king then Fleurie is certainly the queen. The 50-year-old vines are farmed organically and biodynamically producing this lively and expressive wine. Its floral character comes from traditional carbonic maceration with intense raspberry, pomegranate, and hints of granite-like minerality and baking spices.
A vin de Bourgogne is certified vegan. This Chardonnay is filled with aromas and flavors of grapefruit, hazelnut, and citrus fruit. The palate is fresh with a long finish.
