Tasting profile: Grown from 35-year-old vines with respect to nature, certified organic, in clay-limestone. Hand-harvested in early September and aged in steel. Easy-drinking table wine with red-berried aromas and flavors with a touch of minerality.
Food pairing: Good with crab, mushroom risotto, and creamy white sauces.
