This wine was aged longer than most in oak barrels, and has wonderful subtleties that make it compelling to sip, savor and sip again. It starts with a light-gold color, then offers tangy citrus aromas that are lighter and leaner than the flavors to follow, which bring ripe pear and subtle baking spices. The body is full and the texture feels smooth, but with a good touch of crisp acidity.

Camino de Navaherreros Tint 2016
100% certified Biodynamic Grenache (with a splash of co-fermented Tempranillo) with indigenous yeast with 50% full clusters. Then aged in 5,000 liter oak foudres. The intensely floral bouquet offers aromas of strawberry, raspberry, rose, magnolia and Asian spices. Similar to a rustic Pinot Noir, but the body and weight is very much old vine Grenache. Eighty year old vines offer fresh and energetic fruit in the mouth, with sweet red berry flavors unfettered by tannins. The spiciness is mirrored on the finish, which is long and very pure.

Gustavshof Kalkstein Riesling Trocken 2017
Biodynamic, no chemicals used (pesticides, Fertilizers, additives, ect), Dry farmed, rows grassed over, grapes hand harvested. Certified vegan winemaking. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no fining and aged on the lees until bottling. Clear, fragrant bouquet of fresh apple with a hint of peach. Dry, with powerful aromas of quince, a little citrus and a hint of apricot. An elegant and balanced palate. Pairs well with herbed chicken, grilled fish and vegetables.
