Guinigi Prosecco Rosé

Treviso DOC, Veneto, Italy

The Guigini winery is named after the Guinigi tower, one of the few historical towers to still stand tall in Northern, Italy. The grapes for their wines are sourced and produced from premium Italian provinces and are crafted to be bold, vibrant, and appealing.

Field Recordings Salad Days

Winemaker Andrew Jones has a keen eye for diamonds in the rough: sites that are unknown or under-appreciated (underdogs) but hold enormous untapped potential. He strives for unique wines loaded with personality and a one-of-a-kind experience. Field Recordings is a Cellar favorite! We love Andrew's spirit of adventure & how he is always experimenting to create something new and delicious.

CHEESE PAIRING OF THE MONTH:

Vermont Farmstead Lillé

Based on the French Coulommiers cheese; Lillé is almost like an ancestor of Brie. This decadently luxurious soft-ripened cheese has a supple paste core enveloped by a rich creamy body and reveals a subtle mushroom nuance with notes of nut and butter. The thick rind gives a nice salty bite that balances the delicate interior. We recommend cutting it in half horizontally to serve, and pairing this delicious offering with pears, berries, apples, and a crusty baguette!
