Le Sincette Ronco del Garda Rosso 2016
Fermented in stainless steel fermenters without the use of selected yeast. After a maceration of 10/15 days, the wine is separated from the skins and placed in oak casks. Ruby red color, perfume ample of sour cherries. The taste is soft, slightly tannic with good acidity and long and persistent finish. 

Portelli Cerasuolo di Vittoria 2014
The Portelli Cerasuolo di Vittoria is a blend of 70% Nero d'Avola and 30% Frappato fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. The wine is intensely fruity with concentrated blackberry and black cherry flavors, a dusty mineral undertone and suave yet firm structure. Enjoy with braised rabbit with rosemary and mushrooms or a Penne all'Arrabbiata

Fresh juicy notes of green pear rise immediately. The palate adds a zesty element as well as herbal savor of sage. This is flavorsome, light-bodied, tangy and very refreshing with just a little bit of spritz to make it even more zingy.
