Puckerbrush, Farmhouse Style Sparkling Cider
Varietal: Blend of Vermont apples, European apples, and crab apples from Newhall Farm.
Region: Reading, Vermont
Tasting Notes: Fermented with native yeasts with half of the fruit aged in old bourbon and rye barrels. A sparkling dry cider with refreshing acidity and some tannin from European apples and crab apples. Aromas of fresh and baked apples with some vanilla, lemon and a touch of spice.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with turkey, BBQ pulled pork, and holiday meals.

Region: Berlin, Vermont
Tasting Notes: A red fruit bouquet of raspberries with an off-dry palate that is light and fruity with watermelon, strawberry, and a touch of granite minerality and high acidity.
Food Pairing: Roasted vegetables, summer picnics, and stir-fried dishes.

Boyden Valley Winery, Glögg
Varietal: Sabrevois and Baco Noir
Region: Cambridge, Vermont
Tasting Notes: Similar to Germany’s gluhwein, but styled after the Swedish glögg. A semi-sweet mulled red wine, which is basically a spiced red wine best served hot. Pronounced aromas and flavors of clove, cardamom, and cinnamon dominate with orange peel and hints of red berry flavors from the red varietals. Best heated up in a crockpot.
Food Pairing: Enjoy this mulled wine out of a crockpot and float some almonds, raisins, and orange slices for your holiday meals or to keep you warm on a cold day.
