Cichin is made from grapes of Lambrusco di Benetti, an ancient variety of Lambrusco originating from Campogalliano, and is produced with the bottle refermentation method. This wine pours a ruby color with pink hues and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is characterized by notes of red fruits and floral touches. It is fresh and vibrant, with notes of tart cranberry, grapefruit, cut flower stems, and a persistent finish. Pair with grilled chicken and fish, pizza, or fresh strawberries!
