Waterkloof Seriously Cool Cinsault 2020

Waterkloof was recognized by the World Wildlife Fund’s Biodiversity & Wine Initiative and awarded Champion Status in 2008. They have been crafting great wine while caring for the land ever since. Seriously cool refers to both the climate of the vineyard sites and the preferred serving temperature of the wine. It shows red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant, plum, cassis, and an earthy touch. The tannins are fully integrated and carry the fruit while there’s a lifted feeling throughout. The chill makes it even more enticing.

Sentidino Albarino 2021

Sentidino is a Galician word meaning common sense and is used by the local fishermen who have the sense not to take the waters of the wild Atlantic for granted. The wine is both wild and sensible in that it shows zinging acidity balanced with rich fruit and stoniness. Tangerine, jasmine, citrus, and white peach flavors greet the palate provoking a mouth-watering response. Utterly delicious and a great match for all things summer.
