Tasting Profile: Waterkloof was recognized by the World Wildlife Fund’s Biodiversity & Wine Initiative and awarded Champion Status in 2008. They been crafting great wine while caring for the land ever since. Seriously cool refers to both the climate of the vineyard sites and the preferred serving temperature of the wine. It shows red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant, plum, cassis, and an earthy touch. The tannins are fully integrated and carry the fruit while there’s a lifted feeling throughout. The chill makes it even more enticing.
