A round and earthy white blend with notes of gooseberry, pineapple, and lychee with crisp citrus, high acidity, and a touch of salinity. Made from organic vineyards.
Produced with organic and sustainable farming methods, and matured in barriques. This wine is primarily Sangiovese with notes of dark cherry, plum, and earth. A fresh, dry, medium-bodied Chianti with firm tannins.
Another red from Bonny Doon with primarily Grenache, the grapes come from vines aged 10 to 35 years and the juice sees minor oak to express more fruit. The Cinsault and Syrah were co-fermented, bringing titer tannin and structure with more color and lifts the spicy licorice and cherry notes.
