Tasting profile: Another red from Bonny Doon with primarily Grenache, the grapes come from vines aged 10 to 35 years and the juice sees minor oak to express more fruit. The Cinsault and Syrah were co-fermented, bringing titer tannin and structure with more color and lifts the spicy licorice and cherry notes.
