Rhubarb Balsamic Jam
Made with local, organic rhubarb. Sweet balsamic vinegar adds depth of flavor to tangy rhubarb. Not too sweet, this jam has a bit of pucker. Try this jam as a BBQ base or sandwich spread. Bake onto pork chops, shake into salad dressings, and spread on toast.
Ingredients: organic rhubarb, organic cane sugar, organic balsamic vinegar, organic beet juice (for color). Vegan, Gluten free.
