Tributary is a Piquette. Piquette is a time-honored, centuries-old beverage traditionally enjoyed by farmhands and vineyard workers. Made by adding water to grape pomace, Often made in a sparkling style, Piquette is lower-alcohol and thirst-quenching. Roses and smoked orange peel plus a hint of herbal dill are underpinned by an earthy note of warm sun on stones.

Shelburne Vineyard Rhapsody Ice Wine 2022
After a late harvest, the grapes were frozen to concentrate their sugars. Pressed in the depths of the Vermont winter, the resulting wine is smooth and honeyed, like a Tokaji, but lighter and less syrupy with flavors of honey peach and tangerine.

The nose is full of black currant and red plum, with a touch of smoky mocha. Acidity and body are medium... fuzzy but bright and attention-getting. On the palate, Terrane is an overflowing bowl full of berries; blue, red, black, purple, plum! The finish is lengthy, smooth, and lightly tannic.

Domaine de Majas Blanc 2021
Alain Carrère founded Domaine de Majas with his wife Agnès in 1992. Today, the estate comprises 75 acres, all in the commune of Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes. Since 2007 the couple has worked in partnership with noted biodynamic producer Tom Lubbe, the owner/winemaker of Domaine Matassa in Rousillon, and all 75 acres of the estate are now farmed organically. His unusual white blend brings together Macabeu, Rolle, and Carignane Blanc. Fermented and aged in concrete and on the lees, this is a medium-bodied, lively white with notes of peach, a floral kick, and a long mineral finish.

Vignobles Bulliat Beaujolais-Villages 2018
100% organically farmed and hand-harvested gamay. The wine spent 18 days of maceration followed by 6 months in cement before bottling. A more rustic light-bodied vintage with hints of cherry, anise, and mocha. The estate switched to organic practices in 2010 with grass growing between rows to prevent the use of herbicides, erosion, and limit yields.
