Tasting Notes: A chardonnay blend of grapes from Eola-Amity Hills, Dundee Hills, and the marine sedimentary soils of the Coast Range. 11 months in French Oak. Aromas of lemon blossom, white peach, and minerality. Dry on the palate with lively acidity. Fresh and clean with a long finish.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with roasted chicken and baked salmon dishes.
Jeio Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut NV
Varietal: Glera, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio
Region: Veneto, Italy
Tasting Notes: Enjoy the bright aromas of fresh green apple, peach, apricot, and banana on the nose. It is dry on the palate with floral and vegetal hints. A fresh and crisp prosecco with a medium body and a subtle spicy finish.

Varietal: Tempranillo and Viura
Region: Rioja, Spain
Tasting Notes: This Tempranillo with a touch of Viura was combined with whole-cluster fermentation for brighter fruits. Classic lighter-bodied tempranillo from the sandy clay calcareous soils of Rioja with fresh aromas and flavors. Sustainably farmed and vegan friendly.
