Deep garnet red color with intense aromas of balsamic, red currant, wild strawberry, and subtle licorice. Dry and fresh on the palate with flavors of red fruits accompanied by vanilla, cinnamon, and balsamic. A complex wine with a long finish.
Harvested from 80-year-old organic Verdejo vines and fermented in stainless steel on the lees for 3 months. A straw yellow color with aromas of straw, white fruit, dill, fennel, and freshly cut grass. The palate is dry and smooth with lively acidity. Flavors of lemon, herb, fennel, and grass.
