Ribafreixo Alentejo Pato Frio Red Edition 2017
Varietal: Aragónez, Alfrocheiro, and Alicante Bouschet
Region: Alentejo, Portugal
Tasting Notes: A fresh and balanced red wine with notes of plum, wild berries, spice, and dark chocolate. Partially aged in French oak barrels, and 10 months bottle aging.
Food Pairing: Great with meat stews, pork, and venison.

Region: Soave, Veneto, Italy
Tasting Notes: From a temperate climate with volcanic ridges. The nectar of flowers on the nose like chamomile and elderflower dominate. A dry mineral palate from mineral-rich soils with a hint of almond.
Food Pairing: Rotisserie chicken, cod, citrus salads, and tofu dishes.
