50% Uva Rara, 40% Croatina, and 10% Barbera
Medium-bodied, dry.  Steel-fermented and steel-aged for five months. Deep color in the glass with cherry/raspberry and floral notes on the nose. The lively palate has plenty of crushed red berries and finishes with a touch of herb. Pair with salami, cheeses, pasta, and grilled meat.
