Vista Del Sol Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce 7oz
Add these chipotle peppers to fresh salsas, guacamoles, burritos, tacos, stir-frys, and more! They start off with a smoky savory flavor and finish with a spicy kick, perfect for adding a little southwestern flair to summertime BBQ. We’re not knocking the American cookout classics - burgers & dogs. But would anyone look back and regret thinking outside of the (food) box this summer? RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Marinate 2 lbs of Chicken or Tofu in-
6 tablespoons EVOO
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons pure VT maple syrup
4-5 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (add adobo sauce to preference)
2 cloves of finely minced garlic
A handful of finely chopped cilantro
Pinch of salt (add to taste)
Pinch of black pepper
Recipe:
1. Grill protein until fully cooked with char marks, baste with remaining marinade, and allow to grill for another two minutes. 
2. Chicken will be very tender because of the marinade, slice, or loosely pull apart with a fork. 
3. Serve with corn tortillas, fresh pico de gallo, crema, and pickled red onions.
