Wooly Wooly is a soft and spreadable fresh sheep's milk cheese log from Jumilla, Spain. This pillowy soft cheese with a luscious, creamy texture really stands out, akin to cream cheese, but even fluffier. Prominently rich and sweet with just a hint of tang and a mildly sheepy flavor. This cheese is wonderful on its own but also works well in any number of cooking applications.
