Tasting profile: 100% organically farmed and hand-harvested gamay. The wine spent 18 days of maceration followed by 6 months in cement before bottling. A more rustic light-bodied vintage with hints of cherry, anise, and mocha. The estate switched to organic practices in 2010 with grass growing between rows to prevent the use of herbicides, erosion, and limit yields.
