Tasting Notes: Organically and biodynamically grown grapes. Similar to that of a Vermentino from Sardegna. Lightly trod by foot before pressed and matured in French Oak barrels. 6 months on the lees. Bright, zesty fruity flavors and aromas with fresh mineral and nutty notes.
