Trade Wind Farms Vermont Maple Rub (10.5 oz)
One easy step turns a plain piece of meat into an amazing meal! This unique dry marinade rub is made from a maple sugar base and seasoned to a light peppery taste. As it is rubbed into the meat it easily dissolves, forming its own juicy marinade for chicken, pork, beef, and salmon. Great for when you want to grill, bake or pan-fry. Use ~1/4 cup of rub per pound of meat. Rub both sides of meat and let marinate for at least one hour or overnight in the refrigerator. Add more rub during cooking if desired!
