Crafted from old vine Zinfandel in the historic Wirz Vineyard, this bottle is lifted by the addition of 10% Riesling. Medium-bodied and highly aromatic, the wine is bursting with cherry-forward notes with a touch of vanilla from the use of barriques. The palate also shows notes of cloves, allspice, sweet tobacco, plum, leather, and a touch of red fruit. Juicy with savory tannins and loads of bright acidity, this is the perfect summer Zin.
