A traditional accompaniment to aged cheeses that will enhance your cheese experience. Quince butter is soft, dense, and sweet with notes of apple, pear, and citrus. When cooked down, quince develops a rich perfume and becomes complex with hints of spices. Pairs wonderfully with aged cheese. Made from local fruit by Sidehill Farm in Brattleboro, Vermont.
