Tasting Profile: After a late harvest, the grapes were frozen to concentrate their sugars. Pressed in the depths of the Vermont winter, the resulting wine is smooth and honeyed, like a Tokaji, but lighter and less syrupy with flavors of honey peach and tangerine.
