Tasting profile: Made organic and biodynamic with respect to the environment. Grown in calcareous clay. The wine was aged in concrete tanks until bottling in spring. A deep lemon colored orange wine with notes of citrus fruit, fresh flowers, herbs, and a touch of salinity.
