Tasting profile: Made with 100% chardonnay from their Tucker Lane vineyard in Southold, NY. Fermented with wild yeast and unfiltered. 1/3 pressed into oak, 1/3 into stainless steel, and the rest fermented with the grape skins for 2 days before pressing into the barrel. Fresh and fruity with a crisp citrus finish.
Food pairing: Fried chicken or cauliflower, aged hard cheeses.
