This is a fabulously unique expression of Frontenac Noir from the West Addison Vineyard. Half the fruit is harvested after it partially raisins on the vine, which gives the wine levels of intense complexity much like the style of Amarone di Valpolicella. Aged for two years in old French barrels before release.
