Bright and clean, with a round, more generous texture than most razor-sharp Grüners (thanks to the Chardonnay in the blend). This wine tastes like an autumn medley of crisp green apple and yellow plum, with a slight earthy element of almond and white pepper. The finish is zippy but not harshly acidic with a lingering mineral aftertaste.
