Tasting profile: The wine is named after Mr. Killerman, as a young Mort Mitchell called him, who lived in the hills living off the land and entirely self-sufficient. Mort learned to respect this man and developed a respect for nature. The wine smells of lemon, white flowers, and tropical notes. The palate is bright, crisp, and juicy with lemon, lime, mango, and a hint of minerality.
