This super fun Halloween-inspired cheese is based on Jasper Hill’s recipe for Moses Sleeper! They create a spooky twist on the classic with some annatto, which makes the paste bright orange, then sprinkle the petite wheel with a generous coating of vegetable ash. The flavor is milky & tangy with cauliflower undertones. Don't be scared, it's delicious!
