Tasting Profile: Arthur Ostertag’s series of Biodynamic orange wines sees the latest iteration, “The Adventures of the Masked Lamb,” as a blend that spent ten days fermenting on the skins with some whole clusters in steel with an additional nine months on the lees. The nose delivers a burst of kiwi, strawberry, bitter orange and spice. Dry yet fleshy with a silky, weightless texture that makes for a compellingly drinkable orange wine.
