Tasting Profile: Winemaker Matthew Iaconis of Brick & Mortar fame sources fruit from cool-climate sites and uses native fermentation along with aging in a combination of new and neutral oak barrels to emphasize the wine’s ripe yellow apple, tangerine, green apple and citrus aromatics. These are mirrored on the palate with a deft bit of vanilla and weightiness.
