Tasting profile: Made with four generations of organic and biodynamic farming methods. The Caladoc varietal is a hybrid of malbec and grenache with vines up to 40 years old. Fermented for 6 months in steel vats and aged on the lees for 8 to 10 months. The wine is juicy with notes of grapefruit, strawberry, and rose petals.
