Tasting profile: A Mary Taylor wine we know can only come from practices with respect to nature. Bright fresh fruits of red fruit, black currant, herbs, red berried notes and earth.
Food pairing: Spicy meatballs, roasted pork, and Baily Hazen blue cheese.

Tasting profile: Very light in the glass, this blend of 46% Grenache Blanc, 34% Vermentino and 20% Clairette Blanche offers honeydew, lime pith, and wet stone. The palate is full of flavors, offering sliced pear and lime peel set upon a delicate texture.
Food pairing: Perfect with seafood and more delicate fish, ideally grilled a la plancha with rosemary.

Tasting profile:Pale gold in color with aromas of apple, lemon, hay, white flowers and chalky minerality. Lemon, candied ginger, pear, melon, apple and a trace of mandarin orange are glossed by bright acidity and a light fizz. Creamy texture compliments lemon zest, honey, white flowers and a trace of pineapple on the zippy, mineral driven finish. Super crisp, super refreshing, super gluggable.
Food pairing: Maple ginger salmon and Thai food.

Tasting profile:This rosé is a blend of both red and white grapes, made with a single fermentation finishing in  the bottle for the bubbles. The wine is disgorged (the yeasty sediment collected in the neck, shilled and removed as a plug), a common producer for both champagne and pet-nat style sparklers. Great tart raspberry aromas and stony minerality. Wild yeast fermentation, no fining, clarity achieved via disgorgement but no filtering.
Food pairing: Salmon, curry chicken and Thai food.

Tasting profile: On the nose, you'll find aromas of blackberry and strawberry, with some hints of eucalyptus and liquorice. Fresh and vibrant, on the palate Picofino is smooth, with structured yet soft tannins and a beautifully balanced acidity.
Food pairing: Naturally pairs with burgers, pizza, pork, and sausages.

Region: Terre Siciliane, Sicily, Italy
Viticulture: Organic
Tasting profile: Golden yellow in the glass, the Sikelé Grecanico Dorato (identical to the Garganega grape) shows notes of almond, straw, lemon and pine. It has great acidity and structure on the palate with flavors of juicy peach, orange, almond, ginger, and a touch of salinity.13 hours on the skins, rather than days, as with many orange wines, but that's all it needs to develop its lovely texture and complexity.
Food pairing: A perfect orange wine for a beginner in this style of wine to pair with veggie dishes, roast chicken, and curried dishes.
