Tasting Profile: The soils here are more a mix of alluvial and volcanic soils than its neighbors. Deux Vert has the oldest (intentionally!) planted Melon vines in the state. The wine is aged on the lees for the minimum eight months that quality Melon seems to require. The wine reads as sea air and oyster shell with herbal reverb and citrus sustain.
