Tasting profile: A 50/50 blend of Fiano and Greco harvested from organic vines. The Fiano grape was nearly extinct, but has been coming back since the 1940s with usually small yields. The Greco originated in Greece, and is another historic varietal of the region. This is a clean and green white blend with bright fruits, herbs, and mineral notes.
Food pairing: Lobster, bruschetta, caprese salad.
