Tasting Profile: Estate grown and bottled, this 50/50 blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet shows red fruit notes of strawberry, cherry, apricot, white flowers, basil and thyme. It’s smooth and fresh, able to pair with weightier fare but it never comes across as too heavy or flabby. A portion of the profits goes to fighting breast cancer, hence the solidarity of its name.
