Produced in the Penedès region just north of Barcelona in Northeastern Spain, this Cava is a fantastic option for an easy-drinking sparkling wine made in Méthode Champenoise. It's a blend of the traditional grapes used for Cava: Parellada, Xarel-lo, and Macabeo, aged for 24 months on fine lees, this Cava is a delicious, unpretentious sparkling wine you can drink every day.
