This Jacquère is grown on Savoie’s limestone mountainsides near the border of Switzerland and France. Its acidity supplies just the right amount of snap to counterbalance the sprightly fruit. Enjoy with roasted chicken and herbed potatoes, but also the Savoie classic, raclette fondue.
