Cheese Traders guarantees freshness and 100% quality of all products.  We issue refunds and accept returns if a product arrives damaged or perished. You must notify us within 3 days from package delivery. Refunds will be the total cost of the order less our shipping cost to return the item. If the card on file is expired, we will issue a store credit to the email address responsible for the order.
