Tasting Notes: Organically grown on limestone soils within the estate. Handpicked grapes and fermented separately to be blended later and added to used oak vessels for more neutrality. With the strength of Chardonnay, but with the honeyed notes of Riesling.
Food Pairing: Root vegetables, fresh seafood, and stinky cheeses.
