For generations, the Garcia-Casas family has harvested olive trees in Andalusia, Spain. In 2005, they began producing high-quality olive oil, controlling the entire process from grove to mill to bottle. Pressed at the peak of ripeness in mid-November, this Molino Arbequina extra-virgin olive oil has a delicate fruitiness with accents of green apple and banana.
