WINES OF THE WEEK
Kivelstadt Cellars Twice Removed Rosé Mendocino County 2019
This blend of 55% Carignan and 45% Grenache is styled after its Provençal cousins from southern France. The grapes are harvested early, then lightly foot stomped, and allowed to cold soak overnight to extract color and texture before the juice is pressed off and fermented in stainless steel. This bone-dry rosé possesses vibrant acidity, notes of strawberry and watermelon, and a hint of kiwi on the finish.
Bonny Doon Vineyard Vin Gris de Cigare Rosé 2019
79% Grenache, 5% Grenache Gris, 5% Grenache Blanc, 5% Vermentino, 3% Cinsault, 1.5% Picpoul, 1.5% Clairette Blanche
92 points Wilfred Wong
This is a beautiful and real wine. Its classic and attractive aromas and flavors of dried earth and red berries stay long and crisp on the palate. Enjoy it with a selection of cheeses, deli meats, and pâtés.

Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara 2018
Aged on lees for 6 months in neutral oak, fermented in tank and temperature control for 5 weeks at 50 degrees Fahrenheit, and on skins for 6 hours. Notes of cranberry, pomegranate, strawberry, cinnamon.
