Charme Crémant de Bourgogne
A brilliant pale blonde, with lively, youthful bubbles. On the nose it has everything I want from a blanc de blancs Champagne: fleshy golden apples and soft pear notes, chalky minerality, and a faint echo of toasted nut and brioche aromas. This release delivers energetic acidity, mouthwatering freshness and a feeling of "completeness" that often evades sparkling wines at this price point. Lemon blossom, honey crisp apple, biscotti, and vanilla bean notes slowly unwind as the wine's impressively persistent and dry finish echoes into the distance. Please serve this joyful, unpretentious wine in an all-purpose stem at 50 degrees. It's a party in a glass!

Domaine Gachot-Monot Chant de Muses 2014
Bourgogne rouge from vines in the deep south of the Côte de Nuits. A rustic, vibrant Pinot Noir at a great price. Red currants and Raspberry's blended with vanilla, nutmeg and forest floor. Dry with medium acidity and tannins. A pleasure to drink.

Yves Duport Bugey 2015
There are appellations we struggle to offer, usually because the production is so limited, so rare. To be able to present a wine from AOP Bugey is an absolute dream, as on a very limited stretch of chaotic land, these rare varietal grapes produce wines full of regional personality and character. Upon trying this wine we discovered this wonderful, bright and sappy Chardonnay, is buttery, minerally and charming all at the same time. The name of the wine translates to 'Chardonnay Flower' really speaks for itself! This tiny 10 hectare plot of land is worked with full respect for both the workers and for nature, which is always a positive in our book.
