This is a carbonated semi-dry sparkling cuvée. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, matured for a few months before being carbonated and bottled. Fruity and luscious, bright pear and elderflower on the nose. It is fresh and crisp, juicy pear and peach flavors. Although it shows a slight hint of residual sugar, it’s quite zippy and fresh. Great as an aperitif, with appetizers or light summer lunches.

Valdiguié is an immensely fun and straightforward Beaujolais-like wine, best served slightly chilled. Fairly dark in color, it shows deep blackberry, smoke, crushed graphite and a touch of tarragon on the nose, while the flavors offer boysenberry, plum, cranberry, and honey crisp apple.
