Tasting profile: A local Vermont mead with organic ingredients including rhubarb, rosebuds, pink peppercorns, and 100% local Vermont honey from Northwoods and Briar’s Patch Apiaries. A soft mead with subtle tart rhubarb and floral notes. Brewed in Groton, VT with taste offerings in Middlebury.

Tasting profile: An earthy blend of wild apples, Aronia berries, and local red grapes. Deep red color with a rustic, forest floor character, and subtle floral and berry notes.

Eden Cider Northern Spy Barrel Aged 375ml
Varietal: Northern Spy apples
Region: Newport, Vermont, U.S.
Tasting profile: A single varietal ice cider aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. A sweet-tart flavor enhanced with oak. A little spicy with honey caramel undertones. No added sugar just concentrated apple juice and Vermont’s cold winter temperatures.
