Tasting profile: A blend of grape skins from 6 different varietals and water. Vinified in stainless steel and fermented with 5% fermenting wine. Aged in bottle for 3 months before disgorged. A centuries-old style of beverage made with low alcohol and a subtle effervescence. A floral and juicy bouquet with flavors of strawberry and roses.

Tasting profile: A natural red wine made locally with good acidity, deep color, and bright red fruits with a single fermentation in the bottle to achieve its bubbles. A blend of 70% Frontenac and 30% Marquette. Made with organic farming practices.
